Problem
You cannot download large files from the Mobile Management Mobile Library.
Error
iOS devices display the error message: Could not open this item <name of item>
Cause
The Mobile Mangement Agent has about 10 minutes to run in the background before iOS terminates the Agent and its connection. If the file takes longer than 10 minutes, it will not be downloaded completely.
Solution
Restart the download.
