Where can I find the Symantec Mobile Management package to build a custom iOS Agent?

Problem
Symantec Mobile Management for SMP and SCCM both offer the option to build a custom management agent for iOS devices, usually referred to as the "in-house agent". Although this agent package is available after the Mobile Management product is installed, an admin might want access to the files before installing (or upgrading) the product, to build the agent before installing.
Solution
This file is not distributed with Mobile Management for SCCM. On a Mobile Management for SMP installation, the Agent package is found at "C:\Program Files\Altiris\MobileManagement\Agents\iOSAgentFramework\"; it is attached to this article for easy access without installing or upgrading the server.
