Pushing out WiFi policies through multiple profiles can cause them to go missing on the device

Problem
If a single WiFi payload is configured in Symantec Mobile Management, then pushed out through multiple device policies, it can go missing on the device if one of these policies is removed.
Environment
Symantec Mobile Management 7.x
Apple iOS 5.1 and lower
Cause
This is a problem with how iOS handles policies, as the issue can be duplicated without using Symantec Mobile Management.
Solution
Apple is aware of the issue. As a workaround, when using Symantec Mobile Management to push out a WiFi policy, only push it out to devices once.
