Final error: 0xe00098c0 - For the Archiving Option, an error with Exchange Server synchronization occurred in the Enterprise Vault Provisioning API. Ensure that the Exchange server is online, the Backup Exec services account has permissions to access the Exchange mailbox, the mailbox has not exceeded its \"Prohibit Send & Receive\" limit, and that at least one index location is open and accessible. Check the Enterprise Vault event log in the Windows Event Viewer for details.

Cause
The error occurs if Alias Name is not present in DNS or it cannot be resolved
Solution
Ensure that the Alias Name is created in DNS when Backup Exec Archiving Option is Installed
Also make sure backup exec server is able to connect to it
