Microsoft Exchange performs a consistency check before NetBackup starts performing the backup in order to ensure consistent backup of exchange databases.  Microsoft Exchange Server's Application log shows event IDs 401 and 403 in the event viewer.  This is a Microsoft Exchange issue.  Please contact Microsoft to resolve any Exchange issues and make all Exchange databases consistent to resolve the issue.
