Failed to Distribute Bulletin 'RHSA-2010:0616

Problem
Cannot deploy the patch to the Linux server (RHEL 5.5). The screen is showing as keep trying to download and download and fail to deploy. The following is the patch that I cannot deploy. 'RHSA-2010:0616'
