Problem
Receiving error when running "Configure Cloud Storage Server".
Error
In Cloud Storage Server Configuration Wizard:
Performing tasks...
(check mark) - Creating storage server nirvanix.com
(check mark) - Adding credentials for server <server_name>
(red X circle) - Setting Cloud storage pool and KMS server name for nirvanix.com-invalid command parameter(20)

Environment
Using a NetBackup Appliance Demo Unit, running 7.5, no other media server or client.
Receiving error when running "Configure Cloud Storage Server".
- Seeing same issue on production server running RHEL 5 with NetBackup 7.5
Cause
A New unwanted, unencrypted Disk Pool was showing up for the server in question.
Solution
Delete the New unwanted, unencrypted Disk Pool showing up for nirvanix_raw on the server in question:
# nbdevconfig -deletedp -stype nirvanix_raw -dp
Note: This will completely remove the disk pool in question.**
Reference:
The Legacy Nirvanix stypes are:
- unencrypted (nirvanix)
- encrypted (nirvanix_e)
The New NetBackup 7.5 Nirvanix stypes are:
- unencrypted (nirvanix_raw)
- encrypted (nirvanix_crypt)
Alternately, verify that the PureDisk plug-in is listed on the media server, using the following technote:
nbdevconfig fails with "RDSM has encountered an issue with STS where the server was not found: getStorageServerInfo" - http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH137918
** After repeating delete disk pool command and continuing with the Cloud Storage Server Configuration Wizard, setup completed successfully.
