MH shown as At Risk in GUI without supporting Fault/At Risk condition

Problem
VOM shows that a Managed Host (MH) is in a Faulted or At Risk state but the Faulted or At Risk condition is not apparent.
Error
View of host; status is "At Risk" but fault not apparent.
Fault view filtered by hostname shows fault (At Risk condition) which has been suppressed.
Environment
While this issue was discovered in VOM 4.1, the patch identified in the Solution section below will apply to VOM 4.1 and 5.0 .

This condition is corrected in VOM HotFix (HF) vom-HF050001960-11.

This patch can be implemented in both versions 4.1 and 5.0 VOM domains.
In the hosts view, the status of the host will now show as "Healthy" to reflect that the underlying fault has been suppressed (unless an unsuppressed fault is detected).
