Issue

When a metadata content validation rule is defined within the Sharepoint Archiving policy, an error occurs during archiving if any of the Display Name fields defined on a document library are blank

Error

Dtrace Error:

[3732] (EvSharePointArchiveTask) <4012> EV-H {SHAREPOINTITEMPROCESSOR.EN_US} Exception: Unable to load list metadata: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Cause

If the SharePoint archiving policy contains a metadata rule, the archiving agent will fetch and cache each SharePoint document library field collection so that
it can check whether the library contains the specified field(s).  If any of these fields are blank, the error will occur
