Enterprise Vault (EV) New Partition wizard fails to enumerate shared volumes in a clustered configuration

Problem
When running the wizard to create new Vault Store partitions an error is returned and the EV services are terminated unexpectedly.

Failed to determine cluster drive list for server %1%. Reason: (Unknown)
Environment
Cause
Changes in SFW methods used for disk volume information gathering require corresponding update on EV methods when enumerating the shared volumes.
Solution
