New Queue and Group does Not Show Up after Creation

In Servicedesk 7.5, After creating a new Service Queue, and adding a newly created group to it, or by adding a newly created group to 1. Create a new group
2. Go to create new service queue or edit service queue
3. Type in group in the search text box and thin click on the search button
4. The New group does not show up.
Note: Upon doing an iisreset/workflow server restart, or a complete server reboot, then the new group will show up to add to the service queue.
IIS has not had the new group inormation put into cache
You can either reset IIS or wait about 20 minutes for cache to be refreshed.
