Issue



When collecting from an Enterprise Vault Journal Archive, the Search and Content Retrievals are successful, the job will fail during the Aggregation/Custodian Assignment stage.


Error



Row 1 was truncated; it contained more data than there were input columns

[#422279] An error occurred while aggregating statistics for a collection task:

[#470200] Unexpected error in ICP Analytics com.teneo.esa.icp.esipackage.EsiPackageException:

[#424200] Unexpected error: [#80026] JDBC executeQuery failed for 'load data local infile


Cause



The problem occurs when one or more messages were unable to be collected on the initial attempt.

 OPTIONAL WORKAROUND:
-  Copy the PST collection to a new folder structure and treat the data as a Case Folder source OR remove the Custodian filter on the Collection Task.
