When collecting from an Enterprise Vault Journal Archive, the Search and Content Retrievals are successful, the job will fail during the Aggregation/Custodian Assignment stage.
Row 1 was truncated; it contained more data than there were input columns
[#422279] An error occurred while aggregating statistics for a collection task:
[#470200] Unexpected error in ICP Analytics com.teneo.esa.icp.esipackage.EsiPackageException:
[#424200] Unexpected error: [#80026] JDBC executeQuery failed for 'load data local infile
The problem occurs when one or more messages were unable to be collected on the initial attempt.
- Copy the PST collection to a new folder structure and treat the data as a Case Folder source OR remove the Custodian filter on the Collection Task.
This issue is now resolved in a common release V712_fix1 Take the latest fix as listed below.
This update resolves issues related to collection from EV Journal archives, where one or more messages were unable to be collected on the initial attempt to do so. Prior to this update, a retry attempt on the collection job would result in an error similar to the following: Data truncation: Out of range value for column 'INDEX_SEQ_NUM' at row 1
This update improves the reliability of the collection process for Enterprise Vault Journal archives. Prior to applying this update, under certain circumstances, a collection attempt against an Enterprise Vault Journal Archive would fail when used in conjunction with a custodian filter.
