Warning 13926 while adding Hyper-V cluster hosts to System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2 or 2008 R2 SP1

Problem
While adding Hyper-V cluster hosts in an Storage Foundation for Windows (SFW) environment, the following error message is observed:
Warning (13926)
Host cluster <Clustername> was not fully refreshed because not all of the nodes could be contacted. Highly available storage and virtual network information reported for this cluster might be inaccurate.

SFW-HA 6.0.x
SFW 6.0.x
VCS 6.0.x
Solution
To resolve this issue, System Center 2012 Update Rollup 2 patch and install the following Microsoft hotfixes must be installed on the host on which SCVMM server and SCVMM Admin Console are configured. These are the hotfixes to be installed on all cluster hosts to SCVMM 2012:
KB2723538, KB2724539, KB2725034
