Problem
Single Sign On to a Symantec Encryption Management Server (formerly known as PGP Universal server) does not display
in the SPC iFrame with an error that this is not allowed.
Error
IE8+ displays the following error: To help protect the security of information
you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to
be displayed in a frame. IE and Firefox displays a blank page when this error occurs.

Environment
SPC 2.1.1.3012
Symantec Encryption Management Server (formerly known as PGP Universal Server)
Cause
Confirmed via FireBug in Firefox that PGP is sending the following HTTP{ header
"X-FRAME-OPTIONS: SAMEORIGIN" which prevents SPC from loading the Symantec Encryption Management Server (formerly known as PGP Universal Server) console
into an iFrame.
Solution
In order to make Symantec Encryption Management Server (formerly known as PGP Universal Server) work with SPC, a configuration file on Symantec Encryption Management Server (formerly known as PGP Universal Server) needs to be changed. Otherwise, Iframe won't work. Please contact Symantec Encryption support and reference this article to correct this issue.
