KNOWN ISSUE: Unable to save changes in the 'Symantec Management Agent Install' page

Unable to save change in Scheduled Push to Computers (enable/disable, adding or deleting targets, etc).
After saving changes and reloading page all changes are lost.
Following warning is reported on save:
"provided fallback culture(en-US) for non supported languages. Maximum request length exceeded.","Altiris.NS.UI.AltirisWebApplication.Application_PreRequestHandlerExe cute","w3wp.exe","393"

Known Issue. This problem is caused when 'Rollout Agent to Computers' contains long list of computers. Apparently clicking [save changes] also sends complete list of computers back to IIS and may easily exceed maximum request length (default 4096KB).
As well this issue can be caused by the 'Install Agent for UNIX, Linux and Mac' push tab. It loads all Organizational Groups into a computer selector control as follows, which also stores the data in the page body:

When customers have 10s of thousands of these groups, this causes the page postback size to exceed the default 4MB maxRequestLength.
This issue has been reported to Symantec Development team. A fix has been provided with the ITMS 7.1 SP2 MP1 Rollup v3. See HOWTO81832
