Unable to import the entire Active Directory into the Employee List.

When choosing the option to 'Import All from Active Directory...', the application appears to stop and no new entries appear in the Employee List.


In prior releases, Clearwell would attempt to contact and extract information from every domain controller in the environment, subject to a 5 minute timeout.



This issue has been resolved in v7.1.1 FIX5 (ESA-27378)

Steps to resolve: 

1. Download FIX5

2. Installed FIX 5 on the Clearwell appliance.

3. Restart server

4. Run the Active Directory Discovery
System | Email Servers | Active Directory | Start Discovery

5. Perform an entire Import from Active Directory to the Employee List
