Issue



PDVFSService.exe service crashes while backing up VMWare Virtual Machines to a deduplication folder with the Granular Restore Technology (GRT) for "individual files and folders" option enabled.

Error message reported in Backup Exec is: "0xe0009579 - Unable to copy the virtual machine disk using the VMware VixDiskLib."

Backups targeted to a deduplication folder with the GRT option disabled do not fail or crash the PDVFSservice.
