Problem
Unable to print dashboards with chart graphics from the CCS_Web web page. The printed results does not actually contain any graphics like bar and pie charts.
Environment
Symantec Control Compliance Suite 11
Solution
Using Internet Explorer 8 with the "compatibility view" disabled allows you to print the page with the chart graphics. Please note: by default sites in the "intranet" zone are set to have compatibility view enabled in IE8, change the compatibility view setting in IE8.
