Unable to Enroll User - "Insert Smart Card..."

During enrollment, even though smart cards are not being used, user is asked to insert a Smart Card Token to continue enrollment.
When not using smart cards, use the following steps to resolve this issue.
- Log in to PGP Universal Server.
- Go to Consumer Policy > Keys tab > Certificate tab.
- In Existing PKI Credentials box, check if the Storage of keys on supported smart cards is set to disabled.
- Save the settings.
- Try to re-enroll the user again.
