BUG REPORT: PGP Desktop not Functional With Symantec System Recovery is Installed

Problem
When attempting to use PGP Desktop on a computer with Symantec System Recovery (SSR) installed, Windows crashes and you receive Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors.
Solution
Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers. This issue is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version or Maintenance Pack of the product.
