KNOWN ISSUE: ServiceDesk report categories are not available in Workflow 'Copy Report' dialog

When attempting to copy any ServiceDesk report you are only able to choose Audit Reports & Default as the destination folder.
Workflow Solution 7.5
The cause of the issue is currently under investigation by Symantec.
Use the following steps to work around this issue.
- Go to the Report you want to copy
- Select the copy option for the report
- Select one of the two Destination Directories
- Select the Report destination directory
- Select the report action (lightning bolt)
- Select Categories
- Select the Add to Category Tab
- Select the correct category, ADD
- Then select the Current Categories Tab and delete it from the incorrect category.
