KNOWN ISSUE: ServiceDesk report categories are not available in Workflow 'Copy Report' dialog

 When attempting to copy any ServiceDesk report you are only able to choose Audit Reports & Default as the destination folder.

The cause of the issue is currently under investigation by Symantec.


Use the following steps to work around this issue.

  1. Go to the Report you want to copy
  2. Select the copy option for the report
  3. Select one of the two Destination Directories
  4. Save
  5. Select the Report destination directory
  6. Select the report action (lightning bolt) 
  7. Select Categories 
  8. Select the Add to Category Tab
  9. Select the correct category, ADD
  10. Then select the Current Categories Tab and delete it from the incorrect category.
