Workflow part of the ServiceDesk 7.5 installation will fail if the admin account name is incorrectly configured

Workflow part of the ServiceDesk 7.5 installation fails with an error “The Workflow silent install failed.”
The install.log in …Symantec\Workflow\Logs directory will have the following entry:
Error running installer in silent mode:
System.Exception: 'Process Manager Authentication' page is not valid:
The User ID must be a native user and will not be synced with active directory
The native User ID should be an email address
The admin account was set up with a domain based account instead of the native user email address.
Do not enter an AD account into admin account configuration. It has to be a native ProcessManager user in email address format.
