Duplication job cannot duplicate all sources with combination of 'Most recent full backup' option and System State

Problem
A duplication (set copy) job cannot duplicate all sources with combination of 'Most recent full backup' option and System State.
Consider the following scenario:
- Getting full backup of C drive and System State to a Disk Storage on Monday morning.
- Getting incremental or differential backups of C drive and System State to a Disk Storage every morning on Friday from Tuesday.
- Perform duplicate job with 'Most recent full backup' option to a tape or a removable cartridge on Friday afternoon. This job would only duplicate System State on Friday. If 'Selected backups - Full' option is chosen for the source of the duplication job, the job would fail with the following error.
