Problem
The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) is configured to run LiveUpdate several times a day, refreshing the available AntiVirus definitions and other content that the SEPM then provides to clients. However, even after LiveUpdate has run without errors, the date for "Centralized Reputation Settings 12.1" remains several months old.
Error

Solution
While the other two components of Insight, "Revocation Data" and "Symantec Whitelist 12.1" update frequently, the "Centralized Reputation Settings 12.1" content only needs to be updated rarely. When an update is available, it will be downloaded and applied by LiveUpdate.
If all three Reputation components on the SEPM are out of date, please ensure that the "Reputation Settings" checkbox under "Content Types to Download" is checked. This will ensure that all the Reputation information used by the Insight engine is downloaded, processed and distributed to Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 clients in the organization.
