Data Connector Import Rule overwrites old Cost Items with the new ones, or, re-adds the same Cost Items over and over

Problem
When a Data Connector Import Rule is set to update a computer's Cost Items (or any other multi-rowed data class for any other resource type), when the import is ran, the old Cost Items are overwritten with the new ones, or, the same Cost Items are re-added over and over.
Cause
Working as designed as the Import Rule has been configured.
Solution
Depending on the Import Rule's Update Mode setting for the foreign key, it will either replace the existing items (Update and Replace modes) or append to them (Append mode). Change this to how the expected behavior is to be and then re-run the import rule.
Note: For multi-rowed items, it is recommended to use the Append mode, which will add new items to the bottom of the existing list. However, if the import rule is ran more than once and the data contains the same items, these will be re-appended a second time, etc., each time the import rule is re-ran. The only workaround for this scenario is to either remove already imported items or set the import rule to not update existing records.
