Control Compliance Suite (CCS) databases are full and purge jobs are not affecting size of the tables

Problem
The CSM_DB and CSM_Reports databases are full and CCS Purge jobs are not reducing their size.
Error
The data in tables expected to be reduced by purge are not affected.
Environment
Version <= CCS 10.5.1 + PCU 2012-2 (10.50.530.20400)
Cause
When there is a substantial amount of data in the database(s), applicable to Purge policy settings, the Stored Procedure used to purge the data will time out before it could complete the purge successfully.
Solution
Apply Symantec™ Control Compliance Suite 10.5.1: Reporting and Analytics 2012-3 Update to resolve this issue.
