During a redirected restore of Microsoft Exchange GRT data the Backup Exec Remote Agent on the Exchange server may crash


Error



The crash dump will show the following:

SYMBOL_NAME: ntdll!ZwWaitForMultipleObjects+a


Solution



Workaround: redirect the restore the Exchange GRT data needed to PST.
