Adobe Flash Player Reporting isn't working in Remediation Center

Adobe Flash Player reporting isn't working in remediation center. The "Windows Update by <>" reports OK, and other Adobe updates report OK.  Only Flash updates are not available. It happens even when a new Flash version is updated. The patch shows as applicable for a client. The patch downloads and installs correctly, but in remediation center instead of showing as installed, the computer is removed from Applicable. Flash update should show as applicable to machines but every time it gets installed on a machine, the applicable number goes down.
