Error Could not load type System.ServiceModel.Activation.HttpModule when connecting to the Protection Center Enterprise Web Interface

Problem
When you connect to the Symantec Protection Center Enterprise web interface, you receive an application error.
Error
Could not load type 'System.ServiceModel.Activation.HttpModule' from assembly 'System.ServiceModel, Version=3.0.0.0...
Cause
ASP.NET Web Extensions for .NET 4 are not being used by IIS.
Solution
You must register the .Net v4 Web Extensions to IIS.
