Problem
Backup Exec creating thousands of corrupt, bad, unknown scratch media in deduplication folder/ OST Appliance causing jobs to queue for a long time.

Cause
The OST signature is stored in the last 8K of the OST media. If this is damaged it might get stuck in a loop and keep creating scratch unknown media.
Solution
