BUG REPORT: PGP Tray Unexpectedly Quits When Exiting PGP Services or running pgpwde commands

Problem
When exiting PGP Services or running certain pgpwde commands from the CLI, you receive errors such as the following:

Windows XP, Windows 7 32-bit & 64-bit
PGP Desktop 10.2.1 MP5 (Build 5033)
Solution
This is a known issue with 10.2.1 MP5 and is fixed in Symantec Encryption Desktop (previously PGP Desktop) 10.3.0 (Build 8741) and above.
