Unable to restore individual SQL backup set from "All available backup sets for this database" if the backup sets are encrypted

Unable to create a SQL restore job when the restore type is of an individual backup set that is selected from "All available backup sets for this database" if the backup sets are encrypted. The restore job creation fails with a pop-up message from BE stating it is unable to create the restore job.
Unable to create the Restore Job.
The issue may occur when the following is performed:
1. Run a SQL backup to disk or tape with hardware or software encryption
2. Configure a restore job of an individual backup set selected from All available backup sets for this database
3. Configure the remaining options as desired and click Finish
4. The popup message appears
