For Oracle clustered environment , CCS 10.0 and CCS 10.5.1 has limited capability in dealing with Oracle in a clustered environment.Clustered Oracle configurations in not supported in CCS 10.5 and CCS 10.5.1 for both agent based and agentless setups within CCS.

Raw data collection ( data collection from RMS , BV Control for Oracle ) is not supported for Oracle in RAC environments for CCS version 10.0, 10.5.1

In CCS 11, raw data collection for Oracle RAC databases is not supported with both agent based and agent less approach. However message based data collection (ESM agent based) supports Oracle RAC configuration

All supported databases for message based data collection are mentioned in “Table 2-7 Supported databases for application modules” of planning and deployment guide of CCS.
