Problem

The error "System.Exception: System.Exception: Slow the flow..." will be displayed in the NS logfiles permanently.

Environment

SMP 7.0.x

SMP 7.1.x

Cause

Known Limitation for 7.0 to have maximum 700mb to be allocated to Task Server service.

Enhanced in 7.1 - to have larged pool of memory to be allocated, but still can appear if 1000+ clients with large (complex) task assigned to run simulaneously

Caused by large amount of tasks/clients to be assigned to single Task Server.

Solution

This issue has been reported to Symantec Development team. A permanent fix will be provided with the upcoming SMP version 7.5.

For Workaround - either restart AtrsHost service - and/or reduce number of tasks to be executed at the same point of time.
