Issue



After upgrade to version 712, during an Export/Production, the output fails to create any PDF images.  The export log states: "Imaging failed: Failed IGC conversion."

 


Error



[#216001] XML Export Error  - [#41057] Content processor error - com.teneo.esa.imaging.ImagingException: [#670200] "Imaging failed: Failed IGC conversion."

 


Cause



IGC is improperly upgraded.

For Clearwell 7.1.1 and above there is a utility that un-installs, reinstalls and configures IGC without needing a server reboot.

  • Log onto the Clearwell server as the IGC service account on the server
  • Open windows explorer and navigate to D:\CW\V71X\utilities\IGCAdmin

  • Double click on setup.exe, accept all the defaults.
