BUG REPORT: Encryption/Decryption Process is Paused Automatically in PGP Desktop

Under specific circumstances (e.g. having a partially encrypted disk and then reboot using the recovery CD), the encryption process is not resuming correctly.
This issue is fixed in the following release:
