Environment
Backup Exec Archiving Option
Cause
Backup Exec was unable to retrieve the account to use for the archive job.
Solution
The account being used for archive job should exist and should show up correctly in Backup Exec Logon account.
The account should also have full rights on the share being archived
You should always use the Backup Exec Service Manager to update your Backup Exec credentials. The Backup Exec Service Manager automatically updates the Enterprise Vault service credentials with the same credentials.
Note: Never use the Windows Services applet to edit the credentials of an Enterprise Vault service or a Backup Exec service. The use of this applet can cause the services to use different credentials and cause errors to occur in the archiving operations
