Unable to access ex employee’s encrypted emails

Issue



New employee is not able to access ex employee's email encrypted by PGP


Solution



 

1.       Setup a system for new user and install the PGP desktop.
2.       Import old user’s key along with private key
3.       Import outlook files like .ost/archive.pst to the machine
4.       Double click on the email that you wanted to decrypt and provide with the credentials.
