Exchange Backup Failing when Netapp Snapshot Manager for Exchange is installed. EXIT STATUS 13: file read failed

Problem
EXIT STATUS 13 when backing up Exchange 2010.
Error
BPBKAR log:

Cause
Snapshot Manager for Exchnage changes the log location, after creating a snapshot, to a softlink that Netbackup cannot follow.
Solution
You will have to remove Netapp Snapshot Manager for Exchange in order to use Netbackup.
Please contact Netapp for instructions on how to uninstall Snapshot Manager for Exchange.
