Problem
Cumulative hotfix release for Enterprise Vault 10.0.2
Solution
This cumulative hotfix release addresses a number of issues identified with the Enterprise Vault 10.0.2 release or earlier. Please note that as a cumulative hotfix it incorporates all fixes from earlier 10.0.2 cumulative hotfix releases. The ReadMeFirst attachment has been segmented into two parts in order to be able to clearly see the new fixes available on top of previous cumulative hotfix releases. Customers can install this cumulative hotfix release without needing to first install any previous cumulative hotfix releases.
For ease of deployment this cumulative hotfix has been separated into its separate component areas. However, it is mandatory that all binaries should be installed within an environment (where applicable) to ensure the cumulative hotfix has been deployed correctly. The only exception to this is the Enterprise Vault client add-in which can be separately installed as required.
Please review the documentation for details on the specific issues that have been addressed.
Note:
1. The build version of all Enterprise Vault core binaries in this cumulative hotfix is 10.0.2.1218.
2. The build version of all Enterprise Vault Accelerator binaries in this cumulative hotfix is 10.0.2.1104.
3. The build version of the Enterprise Vault client add-in in this cumulative hotfix is 10.0.2.1218.
Note: When you download the cumulative hotfix .zip files using Internet Explorer, Windows may block them. All the files extracted from the .zip files will also be marked as blocked. If you use the files without unblocking them users may receive the message "The Enterprise Vault service is not available". To avoid this issue, unblock the .zip files before you extract the files.
