Problem
When Internet Explorer 8 uses a proxy auto-config (PAC) PGPTray.exe crashes right after the application start.

Cause
A defect in the Microsoft jsproxy.dll causes certain functions to not return a proper value which might cause PGPtray.exe to crash.
Solution
This issue is resolved in PGP Desktop 10.3 MP1.
The following are temporary workarounds for the issue in case an upgrade is not possible:
- Upgrade Internet Explorer to version 9.
- Use a proxy.pac file located on a remote HTTP or HTTPS server and add this server to the proxy exclusion list.
