Problem
When installing AIX FIPS enabled agent using manual installation method an installp error occurs.
installp -acNQqwX -d bv-Control.<package version>.<build number>bvControl.rte
Type the following command to install the package on the AIX target
computer:

installp: This function of installp requires a list of installable filesets to be provided.

CCS 10.5.1 FIPS enabled Unix AIX agent version:
Cause
unknown perhaps installp command
Solution
use SMIT install to install the Unix agent
Requires approx 40 M.
