With previous versions of the Symantec System Recovery Management Solution (SSR-MS), a .ISO file was available for download via FileConnect (https://fileconnect.symantec.com/). With the release of SSR-MS 2013, a downloadable .ISO file is no longer available.

The following download/install steps assume the server you are using does not have an existing installation of Symantec Installation Manager (SIM) or Symantec Management Platform (SMP).

Download/install steps:

1. Download Symantec Installation Mangager (SIM) from here: https://www4.symantec.com/Vrt/offer?a_id=92775
2. Install SIM
3. Install Symantec Management Platform using SIM (refer to http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC4798 for details)
4. Install SSR-MS 2013 (and any other components you need) using SIM (refer to Page 29 of the admin guide: http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC6257)
