NetBackup bpverify command fails with status 191

Problem
Under specific conditions bpverify can fail with a status 191. The conditions are:
1) Media server reading the backup image must be different than master server (i.e. a network socket connection between bptm and bpbrm)
2) Media server must be unix.
3) Client must be unix.
4) A filename in the backup selection must contain an unprintable character, such as "^M" (control-M).

failed, the database contains conflicting or erroneous entries.
Cause
There is a bug in NetBackup causing unprintable characters to be stripped from the tar datastream when transferred over the network.
Solution
Apply fix from ET2946700
