Problem
Sending Mobile command APN or GCM fail to be sent.
Error

Environment
SMM-SCCM 7.2 SP1
Cause
- MSMQ athena queues seems to be corrupted.
Solution
Delete the queues (Athenaapns) and (AthenaC2DM) and recreate them manually, then add "NETOWRK SERVICE" full permission on both.
