Problem



After a successfully reported Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2013 backup the Windows event message below occurs and the Exchange transaction logs were not purged / truncated.

Solution



This issue is fixed in Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2013. SP1 is available on LiveUpdate.
