Remote servers show multiple times in the Backup Exec License Assessment Tool (BELAT) causing BELAT to report that additional licenses are required even though they are not.


Solution



The report can be safely ignored as long as the proper agent licenses are present. Discrepancies between BELAT and installed licenses will not prevent backups from running.

This issue is currently under investigation by Symantec Corporation.
