After a successful Oracle backup the logon credentials used for the backup are changed to the System Logon Account causing subsequent Oracle backup jobs to fail

After a successful Oracle backup the credentials configured for the Oracle resources are changed to the System Logon Account and subsequent backups fail with unable to attach to resource. Once the account is changed back to the correct account for Oracle the job is successful but will change back to the system logon account after the successful job.
Final Error: 0xe000848c - Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all
selected resources exist and are online, and then try again. If the server or
resource no longer exits, remove it from the selection list. Edit the selection
list properties, click the View Selection Details tab, and then remove the
