Problem
BE Admin console gives error “Dispatcher processing has been suspended, but messages are still being processed.“ and then crashes while launching when clicked on OK
Error
Following error pops up while launching the console:
“Dispatcher processing has been suspended, but messages are still being processed.“
Following event is recorded in the Event viewer:

Cause
This issue will occur when there is Font corruption and Backup Exec is unable to query list of fonts.
Solution
To resolve the Font corruption issue refer to the Resolution steps mentioned in the following Microsoft KB Article:
