When Attempting to Save an Imported SCSP Policy, a XML Syntax Error is Thrown

Problem
After importing a policy that was exported from a Symantec Critical System Protection (SCSP) manager, the error "Syntax Error: XML Syntax Error" is displayed, with a description of "You must enter a value in:" along with a path to a section of the policy. When that section of the policy is navigated to, there is missing data.

Cause
This is a known issue with 5.2.8 RTM, MP1 and MP2 console.
Solution
Update the console to 5.2.8 MP3 or later.
